Fit & Fun is perfect for seniors and beginners! This low-impact workout combines gentle movements, stretching, and light cardio to improve flexibility, balance, and overall fitness. All fitness levels are welcome! Located in the Liberty Room at the Civic Center! Free for VHCC members!
